This role is based in Northern Ireland.
Your future duties and responsibilities
* Successfully deliver one or more service contracts, ensuring SLAs are consistently met.
* Establish or maintain and improve existing service delivery plans, including budgeting and resourcing.
* Report accurately and timely on contract and financial status.
* Identify, track, and manage risks, proposing remedial activities to ensure SLAs are met.
* Work effectively across multiple supply channels (internal, client, third-party).
* Lead and manage team members, including dedicated and shared resources.
* Manage client relationships and contribute to securing additional business.
* Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on service delivery and financial objectives.
Required qualifications
Experience in hosting and legacy systems is preferred. Client relationship management experience is essential, along with project management skills, influencing abilities, and a technical background in IT.
Skills and experience
* Proven ability to build rapport and manage client and team expectations.
* Experience working with technical project teams and understanding of IT infrastructures.
* Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to present to diverse audiences.
