Expert-level proficiency in Java / J2EE development, including design patterns, object-oriented design, and refactoring. Proven track record of delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality services in production. Strong understanding of REST API design (JAX-RS, RESTEasy, OpenAPI, Swagger). Familiarity with CI/CD practices, automation, and Behavior Driven Development (BDD). Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for: Designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems focused on performance, scalability, and security. Understanding client and partner needs and translating them into high-quality, innovative software solutions. Contributing to all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) — from requirements analysis to release and post-deployment verification. Collaborating across engineering teams to ensure deliverables are technically accurate, testable, and delivered on time. Leading technical discussions around architecture, tooling, and process improvements. Supporting deployments to internal test environments and production data centers. Mentoring and guiding team members while promoting best practices in software delivery.
