We’re currently recruiting for an IVA Case Administrator to join a growing IVA provider based in Stockport. In this essential role, you’ll be responsible for the ongoing administration of approved IVA cases—ensuring accurate records, regular reviews, and client communication are all handled efficiently and in line with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: * Manage a portfolio of active IVA cases, ensuring each is kept up to date and fully compliant. * Carry out annual and ad-hoc reviews of client circumstances, updating income and expenditure where required. * Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client communications, payments, and documentation. * Monitor payment schedules and flag any arrears, breaches, or changes in circumstances. * Liaise with clients via phone and email to gather information, answer queries, and provide clear support. * Support insolvency practitioners and internal teams in ensuring cases progress smoothly. * Update case management systems and ensure all documentation complies with FCA and Insolvency Service standards.
