We are currently recruiting for multiple Breakfast Chef positions across the UK, working with a range of quality-led establishments including country house hotels, boutique venues, and busy hospitality environments. As a Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering both cook-to-order breakfasts and buffet-style service, ensuring consistency, speed, and quality during busy morning periods.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to order, including full English and la carte items.
Set up, maintain, and replenish breakfast buffets to a high standard.
Ensure timely and efficient service during peak breakfast periods.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and service areas.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and prep planning.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
Key Requirements Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
Strong ability to manage both cook-to-order and buffet service.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility for early starts.
Flexibility to relocate within the UK if required.
