Hybrid Remote (Monthly office time in the Midlands)
Salary: Up to £65,000
OTE: £120,000+ (based on real time data)
Our client is a highly respected executive search partner to leading international technology consultancies. With more than 12 years’ experience specialising across Sales and Commercial leadership roles, they have built a strong reputation for excellence, long-term client partnerships, and high-quality retained delivery.
As they enter their next phase of expansion, they are now seeking an ambitious Executive Search Consultant to help grow an already successful desk into a future division.
Role Overview
* Delivering senior-level retained search assignments across global markets (with support from an outstanding in-house researcher).
* Building strong networks with C‑Suite and senior commercial leaders.
* Developing new retained opportunities through warm relationships and reputation-led business development.
* Working closely with the CEO on strategic growth and international assignments.
* Supporting the evolution of the desk into a standalone division as the team scales.
