I am currently recruiting a Warehouse Driver/Operative to join a successful and growing company based in Southampton, Hampshire. The successful Warehouse Driver/Operative will be responsible for delivering products to local clients and during quiet periods, working in the warehouse, picking materials using forklift, loading, and unloading vehicles.\nWarehouse Driver/Operative Responsibilities\n * Ensure materials are picked, packed & processed efficiently and in full, to meet customers’ delivery requirements.\n * Loading and unloading lorries in a safe and legal manner using forklift.\n * Deliver products to local clients.\nWarehouse Driver/Operative Requirements:\n * The successful candidate must have a strong warehouse or logistics background.\n * HGV Class 2 license - essential.\n * Forklift license is beneficial.\n * CPC card is essential.\nWarehouse Driver/Operative Benefits:\n * £33,000 annual salary.\n * Monday to Friday 7am – 4pm – flexible to meet business needs.\n * 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.\n * Company pension scheme.\n * Company profit share scheme.\nNOTE – Our client encourages applications from candidates from both commercial and ex-military backgrounds; Royal Navy, British Army and Royal Air Force with Logistics / Warehouse experience
