3 month Rolling Contract
Based in Peterborough
Monday - Friday 10 Hour Shifts
Up To 70 Hours Available
£20ph Umbrella or PAYE at £15.40ph Plus Holiday Pay

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Panel Wirer will include the following:
* Fabricate panels and fit electrical components according to detailed engineering drawings
* Drilling, Tapping, Trunking, Conduit of panel etc
* Installing electrical components such as circuit breakers, fuses, PLC’s Power supplies, motors, drives etc
* Wiring panels – crimping soldiering, terminating, stripping wires
* Basic testing of control panels
The Panel Wireman must possess the following skills & experience:
* Proven experience in panel wirer within an industrial environment
* Understanding schematics and layout drawings
* Expertise in panel modification, building and machine wiring
* Electrical qualification, NVQ LVL 3 or equivalent or apprentice trained
* Ability to fault find and repair a variety of control panels
* Hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic
* Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members
