Property Client Case Handler
Certain Advantage is hiring a Property Client Case Handler based in Altrincham. This is a permanent role with a hybrid working arrangement.

The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Property Client Case Handler to support the conveyancing team in delivering excellent client service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills, this could be your next role!
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle escalated issues raised by clients or developers.
* Update breach logs and follow up on outstanding documents, especially for files where the fee earner has left.
* Audit files as requested by developers, clients, or during quarterly reviews.
* Co-sign files for exchange, ensuring proper processing of individual and company files.
* Manage historic file requests and inquiries, including post-completion issues affecting registration or sales.
* Maintain the Staff Database with current team details and assigned developers/sites.
* Provide cover for the New Build Admin Team Manager.
* Oversee task allocation in shared and tech inboxes.
Salary and Benefits:
£24,000-£30,000 DOE plus excellent quarterly bonus. Hybrid working available after training period.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for candidates with:
* At least two years' experience as a case handler focusing on new build files.
* Proven team management skills, including delegation and performance oversight.
* Solid knowledge of new build processes.
* Ability to investigate and resolve issues effectively.
* Proficiency with Proclaim or similar case management software.
* Experience managing relationships with developers.
