Residential Support Worker – Preston
Pay: £13.69 – £16.69 per hour (depending on experience)
Shifts: Mornings, Evenings, Waking Nights (Full-time & Part-time available)

We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Workers to join a vibrant and highly respected care team, working in beautifully maintained homes in the Preston area. These homes are operated by a national leader in specialist care and education services, supporting young people with complex needs to live safe, happy, and fulfilling lives.
The Role:
As a Residential Support Worker, you’ll play a vital part in creating a nurturing and structured environment for children and young people. You’ll be:
Providing emotional and practical support in their daily routines
Encouraging independence and building life skills
Supporting with education, hobbies, and social activities
Ensuring safeguarding and promoting wellbeing at every turn
Working closely with a skilled team to create positive outcomes

Who You Are:
Experience in a residential or care setting is desirable, but a positive attitude and a caring nature are essential
You’re reliable, resilient, and committed to safeguarding
You’re able to work flexibly across different shifts, including weekends and holidays
A driver’s license is a bonus – many homes are in semi-rural locations
All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks and reference vetting
