Salary: £46,000 - £62,000 per annum

This role will be predominantly based in the Nuneaton and Hinckley Area. As a Lidl Store Manager, you're ready to embrace our unique culture and play a key part in building our global business. From taking ownership of your store and keeping customers happy to developing and inspiring your team, you'll lead from the front and guide us toward success.
What You'll Do
* Be a natural leader, developing, nurturing and inspiring your team in accordance with our Leadership & Company Principles
* Confidently create an environment where every colleague can achieve their best work
* Be responsible for managing and improving the day-to-day operations and performance of your store's KPIs
* Optimise processes and solve problems to keep your store running smoothly
* Ensure excellent Customer Service is provided to everyone who shops with us
