Practice Nurse - Full Time | 30-37.5 hours per week | Flexible Days
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Practice Nurse to join a friendly, supportive GP practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.

Essential Requirements
* Minimum 2 years post-registration experience
* Advanced knowledge in the diagnosis, management and treatment of Asthma, COPD, and Diabetes
* Evidence of a strong and appropriate clinical knowledge base
* Cervical cytology screening qualification and competency
* Up-to-date Immunisation & Vaccination training for both adults and children
* Strong understanding of QOF requirements
Desirable Skills
* Interest and basic understanding of other long-term conditions
* Good awareness of Health & Safety and Infection Control
* Previous experience in a GP practice
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
