Position: International Move Manager
Our client, a well-established and growing removals company specializing in international relocations, is currently seeking an enthusiastic International Move Manager for their Surrey team. They want a bright, bubbly personality to complement their friendly, professional environment.
Role Overview:
As an International Move Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of international relocation projects.
You will be the primary point of contact for both private and corporate clients, ensuring a smooth, stress-free moving experience. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and an energetic, customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate all aspects of international moves, including Household Goods (HHG) relocations.
* Act as the primary liaison for clients, providing outstanding customer service and regular updates throughout the moving process.
* Develop and manage detailed move plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Work closely with vendors, suppliers, and global partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during relocations.
* Ensure all move-related documentation and records are accurately maintained.
* Provide expert advice on customs regulations, shipping logistics, and destination services.
* Continuously seek opportunities to enhance service quality and improve client satisfaction.
The successful International Move Manager will have previous experience in international move coordination or move management.
You will also require strong knowledge of Household Goods (HHG) logistics and international relocation procedures.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple relocation projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in move management software and tools.
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Flexibility to adapt to clients’ varying needs and schedules.
