Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Sr Account Executive to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities
* Represent Pavion professionally and ethically to gain trust and confidence.
* Develop and execute strategic business plans, utilizing advanced sales techniques such as qualifying prospects, lead generation, new business development, account penetration, and negotiation.
* Build and maintain a network of business relationships to create sales opportunities.
* Identify target opportunities to convert large customer sales from competitors.
* Serve as the key contact for customers, nurturing relationships to grow business within accounts.
* Understand customer needs deeply to drive long-term results and become a trusted advisor.
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree.
* 7+ years of successful enterprise account sales with a proven track record; experience with CRM and business tools.
* Valid Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of the competitive landscape and key industry influencers.
* Proven success in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
