We're looking for an Emerging Talent Funding Advisor to join our Emerging Talent Team based in Rushden.
Location: Rushden- hybrid working available, with occasional travel to the office in Rushden and London required
Hours: 18.75 hours per week, Part Time
What will you be responsible for?
As an Emerging Talent Funding Advisor, you'll be working within the Emerging Talent Team, supporting them in efficiently managing the Digital Apprentice Service (DAS) account, as well as coordinating other apprentice related funding, ensuring accurate data entry and resolving discrepancies
Your day to day will include:
* Working collaboratively with the CITB funding advisor to ensure all apprentice related funding is maximised with the CITB. This will include apprentice grants and travel to train.
* Track other apprentice related funding opportunities such as government new entrance grants and T-level payments.
* Maintain and update spreadsheets tracking apprentice progress, enrolments, withdrawals, completions and other relevant data
* Respond promptly to apprenticeship-related enquires
* Support in the coordination of apprenticeship enrolments
What are we looking for?
This role of Emerging Talent Funding Advisor is great for you if:
* Previous experience in a administration role
* Experience with data management and reporting
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Ability to learn new computer systems quickly such as the DAS account, power BI etc.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
* Ability to work independently and part of a team
* Knowledge of apprenticeship programmes and Digital Apprenticeship Service in desirable
