Priory Wellbeing Centre, Manchester, is looking to recruit an EMDR Therapist to join the team. Hours for this sessional role are flexible and will be scheduled according to the centre's requirements. While specific hours may vary depending on demand, we aim to provide clarity as service needs become clearer. This approach ensures the centre can respond effectively to changing demands.
Situated within beautiful grounds, the wellbeing centre offers on-site parking and is easily accessible from major transport routes, as well as Manchester city centre. Also provides fast access to exceptional outpatient care for a wide range of mental health conditions. We can provide counselling and treatment for depression, anxiety and stress, as well as a dedicated young people's service, all set within a peaceful, yet convenient location.
What you'll be doing
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a EMDR Therapist you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.
You will also:
* Deliver the highest quality therapy in both 1:1 and group settings.
* Work within our outpatient service.
* Collaborate closely with a team of Consultant Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Psychotherapists.
What you'll bring to the role

Candidates must hold full accreditation in EMDR with the BABCP and be on the BACP register. You should be confident in applying EMDR techniques within both individual and group settings to support a wide range of clinical presentations.
