Level of Experience: Trainee Water Treatment Service Engineer through to Lead Water Treatment Service Engineer
Profile: This client is a long-standing Water Treatment business, specialising in technical Water Treatment, Risk Assessing and Water Hygiene services. They are now looking to recruit a knowledgeable and competent Water Treatment Service Engineer based in and around the Luton area. The ideal candidate will have well rounded experience, carrying out both Legionella Compliance duties as well as, more Technical Water Treatment duties such as Closed System Analysis, Cooling Tower Cleans, Chemical Dosing.
Applications will be considered from: St Albans, Watford, Hatfield, Stevenage, Enfield, Harlow, arrow, Aylesbury, Leighton Buzzard, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, Hitchin.
Experience & Qualifications
* Will have extensive experience working with in the Water Treatment industry.
* Will be competent in using PDA / Tablet system.
* Will be well versed in relevant Heath and Safety / ACoP L8 guidelines.
* Will have excellent communication skills.
The Role
* Cooling Tower Cleans and chlorination’s.
* Closed system analysis and system dosing.
* CWST Cleans and disinfections.
* Temperature monitoring and water sampling.
* TMV Servicing and failsafe’s.
* Calorifier blowdowns.
* Showerhead descales.
* Cleaning and disinfections on Hot and Cold-water systems.
* Collecting information using PDA / Tablet Systems.
* Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with ACoP L8 guidelines.
* Liaising with clients and maintaining excellent working relationships.
