As an Assistant Floor Manager, you will ensure the Host team delivers warm and engaging service that anticipates guests need, creating an incredible experience. Your key responsibilities will be: Assist the Head Host and Assistant Head Host in all Guest Host management duties. Display a pleasant and positive attitude and promote efficiency, courtesy and confidence within your department ensuring all guest requests are carried out in a timely and professional manner following hotel standards. Delight our guests with a highly personalised, intuitive level of service. Ensure the Floor Host team handle all guest requests efficiently and professionally, following hotel and brand standards.
