Responsibilities
* Act as an advanced clinical specialist responsible for the triage, assessment and treatment of HEF (Home Enteral Feeding) patients and community prescribing support patients.
* Carry a specialist caseload specific to HEF patients and community prescribing support patients, including the treatment of complex patients across these areas.
* Work as part of the wider multi-disciplinary team, access relevant diagnostic tests, and make onward recommendations as necessary.
* Act as the lead clinician within the defined HEF and community prescribing support specialist area, supporting operational delivery and service development within East Cheshire NHS Trust.
* Provide clinical line management and supervision for more junior staff within the HEF and community prescribing support setting for nutrition and dietetics services.
