This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close in 16 days at 23:59 BST.
The Vacancy

We are seeking two experienced Project Managers to join our growing Development and Regeneration team.
Key Responsibilities
1. To lead and manage the day-to-day delivery of affordable housing
2. To play a key role in balancing cost, quality and programme
3. To contribute development and construction expertise
4. To identify, appraise and progress new development opportunities
We are looking for someone with...
5. Experience working within a housing association or public sector, particularly working in a development team or relevant qualification.
6. Experience managing construction or housing development projects from pre-contract through to post-completion.
7. Experience of working with and directing consultants, contractors and multi‑disciplinary stakeholders.
8. Ability to manage competing priorities.
9. Strong organisational and documentation skills
10. Professionalism, resilience and solution‑focused.
11. Ability to travel as required to meet the demands of the role.
