We are looking for an organised and analytical Scheduler / Technical Helpdesk Coordinator to manage the scheduling and workflow of our centralised Facilities Management (FM) Helpdesk. You will triage reactive maintenance requests, schedule engineers based on their skills and location, and manage our CAFM system. This role is ideal for an experienced scheduler who understands building maintenance, works well with data in Excel, and enjoys working in a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities * Scheduling & SLA Management: Manage incoming maintenance requests, assign priority levels, and dispatch work orders to the correct internal engineers or contractors. * PPM Planning: Correctly schedule and track all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks within the CAFM system to meet strict deadlines. * CAFM Administration: Maintain the CAFM database and asset register.
