Vacancy - Fleet Sales Support/Administrator - Preston
Our client, a fantastic motor trade employer, is looking to recruit a Fleet Sales Support/Administrator.
You will be guided and supported by the group's Divisional Fleet Sales Manager who will impart their knowledge and experience allowing you to develop your skills and establish a long career within the Automotive industry.
Don't forget you will also have a supportive team around you to help you along the way!
Responsibilities:
1. The role will involve but is not limited to the following:
2. Vehicle Admin - Ordering, taxing and invoicing vehicles for both the Fleet Sales at Preston and our Central Fleet operation
3. Managing the vehicles as they arrive on site, booking them into the workshop and for valet & fuel.
4. Coordinating and booking deliveries of vehicles
5. We require someone with excellent administration skills with the ability to manage a diverse workload with good Customer Service and telephone skills.
6. Should also be able to follow and implement processes.
Qualifications:
7. To succeed within this role, you will be organised, hard-working and have the drive and passion to succeed within their fleet zone.
8. You don't have to be a fleet expert or have previously worked within a similar role… all you need is a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to learn quickly whilst on the job.
