I am actively supporting a small and award-winning Cost Consultancy find a new motivated Quantity Surveyor.
The Quantity Surveyors will be joining at a crucial time of growth as the business have recently won new projects.
The Quantity Surveyors will be hybrid working, with the office being in Old Street.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
With great support from the key Directors, the new Quantity Surveyors will be working across a mixed portfolio High End Commercial and Retail.
Project values will range between £3M - £16M.
Key duties such as feasibility studies, cost plans, tender support and then taking all projects through to final accounts.
If you are MRICS/Chartered, this will reflect in pay and benefits.
The Quantity Surveyor
Quantity Surveying background with a consultancy
Employers Agent awareness
Understanding of JCT (D&B) contracts
Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree
Already or wanting to become MRICS
Able to lead on client meetings and take full project life cycle
Pre and post contract knowledge
Understanding within the £3M - £65M contract values In Return?
£50,000 - £65,000
