Business Development Consultant (Part-Time) Location: Near Twyford, Berkshire (Hybrid / WFH) Salary: Competitive base salary uncapped commission Hours: Part-time (circa 22 hours per week – flexible across 3 days) Working Pattern: Initially office-based to support onboarding and getting to know the team, then moving to a hybrid split (1 day WFH, 2 days office-based) Job Type: Part-time / Permanent We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Consultant to join our growing business. Recruitment experience is not essential, as full training can be provided. The Role As a Business Development Consultant, your primary focus will be generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and helping grow the company through a consultative sales approach. You will work closely with the recruitment team, who will support delivery, allowing you to focus on developing and expanding the client base.
