Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £28,000 - £37,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Our client, a well-established Chartered IFA and accountancy firm based in Leicestershire, is looking to recruit an experienced and detail-focused Paraplanner to join their growing financial planning team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Paraplanner seeking long-term progression within a professional, supportive environment, with strong backing for exams, career development and future advancement.
The Paraplanner Role
Supporting Financial Advisers with full paraplanning duties
Preparing suitability reports, financial planning recommendations and technical research
Conducting detailed product and fund research
Analysing client information and financial objectives
Ensuring all work is compliant with FCA regulations and internal standards
Liaising with advisers, administrators and providers as required
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working as a Paraplanner (or strong technical administrator looking to step up)
Good working knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products
Strong attention to detail and technical ability
Progress towards, or willingness to study for, relevant financial planning qualifications (e.g. Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organised, proactive and able to manage workload effectively
