Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Managing Director and senior leaders to gather and interpret business data.
* Develop dashboards and reporting solutions for strategic decision-making.
* Track KPIs and identify trends to enhance efficiency and revenue growth.
* Provide data-driven recommendations on customer and marketing insights.
* Ensure adherence to data governance, integrity, and GDPR requirements.

Requirements
* 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
* Ability to derive actionable business insights from data
* Expertise with data analysis tools
* Excellent communication skills for non-technical audiences
* Understanding of GDPR, data security, and governance
Preferred Experience
* Experience with A/B testing, predictive analytics, or machine learning
* Experience in the home-buying, property, or legal sector
* Familiarity with data visualization tools, programming languages, or BI platforms
* Knowledge of customer segmentation, retention analytics, and marketing attribution models
