You’ll be part of a friendly and professional installation team, working on air source and ground source heat pump systems, helping to create energy-efficient buildings that perform better for both people and the planet. Key Responsibilities * Install, commission, and maintain Air Source and Ground Source Heat Pump systems. * Lead or assist on installations, ensuring safe, high-quality workmanship. * Communicate effectively with customers to explain product operation and maintenance. * Support with training junior team members and sharing technical knowledge. * Complete job paperwork, handovers, and compliance documentation accurately. * Collaborate with project managers, designers, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery. * Maintain a professional approach, upholding company values and safety standards. Requirements * Level 3 NVQ in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent). * Experience fitting Air Source or Ground Source Heat Pumps. * Full UK Driving Licence. * Strong communication and customer service skills. Desirable Skills * Electrical experience or qualifications. * Experience with Solar PV, MVHR systems, or other renewable technologies.
