Trainee Transport Planner Wolverhampton Temp-Perm (12 weeks temp) £13 per hour 7:30am – 5:30pm Are you looking for a career change? Our client is a well-established and growing business based in the Wolverhampton area, and they are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join their team as a Junior Transport Planner. Job Duties: Provide exceptional customer service. Support the senior transport planners with administrative duties. Communicate effectively with drivers and customers. Forward plan the availability of trailers, drivers, and equipment. Assist with effective route planning to maximise profitability. Process jobs and data onto the database/system with a high degree of accuracy. Assist drivers and customers with queries and troubleshoot any issues. The Ideal Candidate: Experience within the transport industry (ideal but not essential). Previous Administration or Call Centre experience (essential). Organised and able to work well within a team.
