Job description
Retail Assistant for Max Spielmann, a service‑based retail company based in Coulby Newham and the Teesside area. This temporary maternity cover is full‑time (40 hours over 5 days, including weekends with some overtime available when trained). The role requires travelling to various locations around Teesside.
We provide full training, so no experience is necessary. Your day will involve using your initiative to complete various photographic services (prints, canvases, portraits, frames, photo gifts, Photoshop) for our customers.
Responsibilities
* Provide customer‑focused services in a retail environment.
* Use initiative to complete photographic services for customers.
* Support customers with their photo and printing needs.
* Travel between different locations within the Teesside area.
Qualifications
* Great personality and excellent communication skills.
* Experienced in customer‑focused roles (retail, hospitality, etc.), or willing to learn.
* Willingness to complete training in all services and customer service management.
