Monday–Friday - 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
£12.42 per hour (£13.42 per hour until 28th December 2025)
Temporary with potential to become permanent

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic team in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for someone fluent in Mandarin with strong Excel skills, who can help streamline our warehouse operations and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update warehouse records and inventories using Excel
Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations
Process and track shipments, returns, and stock movements
Assist with reporting and data analysis to improve operational efficiency
Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients or suppliers when needed
Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin
Strong Excel skills, including data entry, formulas, and basic reporting
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not essential
