The Hotel Manager will direct the strategic initiatives and objectives of the hotel, as well as managing day to day operations through the engagement of the team. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness.
As a Hotel Manager, you'll keep your hotel running like clockwork and lead your team from the front to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. Take a deep breath because you'll be stepping into a busy role! You'll oversee operations, ensure every stay is extra special and inspire a vibrant team to exceed our guests' expectations. We're looking for someone with key people skills, who is great at getting the best out of their team by giving them that get-up-and-go!
As a Hotel Manager, you will:
* Set guest satisfaction targets and ensure these are met, using guests' feedback and surveys
* Work towards achieving Gold accreditation for your hotel through Green Tourism by reducing the hotel's carbon footprint
* Be an expert in hitting KPIs and delivering results!
* Coach and support your management team to build the skills necessary to progress in their careers
* Regularly inspect facilities and rooms to ensure we are in compliance with health and safety standards, and our product is to brand standard
* Build relationships with the local community and business leaders
* Collaborate with your local HR team to host engaging activities for your team
* Get involved with company-wide projects to continue evolving the Leonardo Hotels brand
