As our Spa Manager, you will…
* Ensure the smooth day to day operation of the Health Club and Spa facilities
* Maintain high levels of standards at all times
* Lead the team to deliver outstanding guest service
* Work closely with the Assistant Manager to train and develop the team including encouraging their personal progression and identifying their training needs and opportunities.
* Contribute to budget management, forecasting, stock control and monitoring the financial performance including memberships, treatments, retail sales and F&B.
* Successful implementation of new policies and procedures as and when required.
* Manage stock and orders
* Manage Health and Safety within the Health Club & Spa, along with the up-keep and maintenance of the Spa
* Staff management including: team meetings, reviews and performance management, and compiling the rota and controlling departmental payroll and holidays.

To ensure you will be successful in your role you will need to possess,
· Previous experience in a similar or other related role with industry-related skills.
· Knowledge of the Premier Spa booking system would be an advantage.
· Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated and good organisational skills

This role is a permanent, full time role for 40 hours per week to include evenings, weekends and some Duty Management shifts as per the business requirements.
