Due to continued growth, they are now looking to expand their engineering team with an experienced Mobile AC & HVAC Service Engineer to cover the Midlands region. The Role: Carrying out planned and reactive service, maintenance, and breakdowns on a range of commercial HVAC and Air Conditioning systems Working across MOD and MOJ contracts, primarily covering the Midlands (Birmingham, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, and surrounding areas) Occasional travel to additional sites across the wider region as needed Engaging with CAFM systems and providing accurate, up-to-date job reporting Participating in a call-out rota (approx. 1 in 6 weeks) Requirements: Fully conversant with the service and maintenance of commercial AC & HVAC systems Must hold valid F-Gas certification NVQ or City & Guilds in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (or equivalent) Additional electrical qualifications are advantageous Strong fault-finding and diagnostics skills Experience using tablet-based CAFM systems Clean DBS & Enhanced checks – must be comfortable working in secure environments (e.g., prisons) Salary & Package: £38,000 – £43,000 basic salary Company van & fuel card (private use allowed) 25 days holiday bank holidays Paid travel time after 30 minutes each way Annual performance bonus Enhanced overtime rates day in lieu for bank holidays PPE, phone, tablet, uniform, and tools provided Pension scheme (3% employer contribution) Death in service cover Enhanced sick pay Long-term development and training opportunities – including support for further certifications
