Job Title: Deputy Head of Residential Care (Maternity)
Location: Holbrook School for Autism
Grade/Scale: Derbyshire Pay Scale, Grade 9, points range 16-19
Contract:37 hours per week, term time only.
The maternity cover for Deputy Head of Residential presents a fantastic opportunity for someone who shares our values and beliefs to join our team at a very exciting time.
Holbrook School for Autism is a successful school and is proud to meet the educational and social needs of students aged 4 – 19 with ASD, SLD and who have challenging behaviour as a result of their communication difficulties and their lack of social understanding. We also have a primary provision for students with autism and average ability.
We are keen to employ a passionate and empathetic Deputy Head of Residential Care to work 3 to 4 evenings per week between the hours of 2pm and 10/10.30pm to supervise resident young people and support the Head of Residential Care in managing a team of exceptional support staff to deliver an outstanding provision for our pupils.
