Proven track record as a Nursing Home Manager. Strong knowledge of CQC compliance and care quality governance. Experience managing residential, nursing, and dementia services. History of achieving strong inspection outcomes and stable occupancy. What You’ll Do Provide strong clinical and operational leadership across residential, nursing and dementia services. Drive high standards of care, compliance, and resident experience. Lead, develop, and retain a multidisciplinary team through clear direction and coaching.
