What We Are Looking For:
* Valid SIA Licence
* Full UK Driving License
* 2+ years in security ( Mobile Patrol preferred)
* Comfortable working night shifts, weekends, and independently
What You'll Be Doing:
* Serve as a visible and approachable presence, building relationships within communities to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour.
* Collaborate with residents, stakeholders, and local partners to identify and address safety concerns.
* Gather intelligence and support the public by listening, responding, and giving them a voice in their neighbourhoods.
* Provide reassurance and tackle issues that matter most to local people, making them feel safer in their daily lives.
* Respond to incidents promptly, liaising with law enforcement and stakeholders as needed to ensure effective resolution.
