The business is growing it’s lending in both asset finance and property lending, with this role being fundamental to this future growth and transformation of the wider business. We are looking for someone with product management to manage existing customer relationships and deliver on commercial lending targets. The successful candidate will work with Senior Managers in Asset Finance and Real Estate Finance to deliver the bank’s lending product strategy, monitor the market and competitors, build and maintain good customer relations and outcomes, act as an effective first line of defence, and appropriately handle regulatory responsibilities - to meet the bank’s commercial objectives. About you For this role you will need the following skills and experience: Extensive professional experience and market knowledge of product/propositional management in either/or Asset Finance and Real Estate Finance. Experience of developing product and propositions from inception to delivery, including constructing compelling business cases to be considered by the Executive Team. Experience in managing customer and stakeholder relationships, including negotiating and collaborating across multiple disciplines. Strong analytical skills, being able to manipulate data in order to understand key challenges and opportunities within the business.
