Salary: c. £40,000 + benefits
Our client is looking for someone to join their Internal Communications team to embed, develop and manage a new internal social platform; a role that will encompass:
* sourcing and curating content (written, video, graphical etc)
* building and implementing content guidelines
* developing contributory community groups across the business
* moderating content and activity
* monitoring performance and engagement and continuously improving outcomes
* managing risks
* collaborating with operational leadership and the wider communications and marketing teams
You’ll be a highly organised communications professional with strong platform/channels management; this isn’t a copywriting role, although an eye for a story and the sort of content that will positively engage employees, particularly non-office based populations, is essential. A self-starter, strong attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.
The role will be predominantly remote, with occasional travel for stakeholder meetings and to spend time with colleagues across the business operations.
