Property Management Inspections Coordinator

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as aProperty Management Inspections Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Solihull. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of Monday to Friday 0845am to 530pm, with a salary of £25,000 - £26,000 per annum.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
* Completing Ingoing, outgoing tenancy checkout report & completing mid term inspection reports using the company’s designated CRM system.
* Liaising with local branches to identify defects to swift resolutions can be had
* An eye for detail and ability to work proactively
