UK Sales Manager, Instrumentation (Remote)
£55,000 Basic, £70,000 OTE + Comprehensive Package
We are seeking a technically astute and commercially-driven UK Sales Manager with a demonstrable background in Instrumentation or Test & Measurement sales to expand the UK & Eire presence for a global leader in this field. You will be selling advanced equipment into demanding sectors such as Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, and Consumer Electronics.
Your Role as UK Sales Manager, Instrumentation
* Leverage your instrumentation/T & M sales expertise to drive growth across diverse technical sectors (Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Consumer Electronics).
* Engage technically with engineers and researchers to understand complex requirements and propose tailored measurement solutions.
* Conduct effective virtual demonstrations and targeted in-person client visits across the UK & Eire (primarily home-based role with necessary travel).
* Represent the company's innovative product range at key industry exhibitions.
Required to Apply to the Role as UK Sales Manager, Instrumentation
* Mandatory: A proven and successful track record selling Instrumentation or Test and Measurement equipment/solutions. Applications lacking this direct experience will not be progressed.
* Experience selling complex technical products into one or more of the following sectors: Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, or Consumer Electronics.
* Background in selling to both OEMs and End-Users.
* Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into customer benefits.
* Strong strategic sales skills, including pipeline management and closing deals.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with technical stakeholders.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
* Full driving license and willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland as needed.
