Watford & Three Rivers Trust (W3RT) is a well-established infrastructure charity that works to strengthen community resilience and wellbeing across South West Hertfordshire. Founded in 1974, W3RT partners with the voluntary, statutory, and business sectors to deliver essential services, provide sector support, and develop strategic initiatives that improve lives and build social capital.
