Key Responsibilities: Plan and schedule appointments and programmed works across the repairs service. Ensure operatives are allocated efficiently and effectively, maximising productivity. Support the management team in delivering a high-quality, responsive service. Work closely with teams to maintain smooth day-to-day operations. Requirements: Previous experience in a planning/scheduling role within a housing repairs or maintenance environment. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to prioritise and allocate work effectively to operatives. Knowledge of repairs systems and housing operations desirable.
