ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Daylesford Organic in Notting Hill. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and has a genuine interest in organic food, sustainability, and premium retail. At Daylesford, our produce is at the heart of everything we do. Much of what we sell comes directly from our organic farm in the Cotswolds, where we have been pioneering sustainable farming for over 40 years. You will play a key role in bringing this story to life for our customers sharing knowledge about where products come from, how they are grown or made, and why that matters. You will support the Retail Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring exceptional standards across customer service, visual merchandising, and operational performance. You will lead by example on the shop floor, motivate and develop the team, and help create a warm, welcoming environment that reflects the Daylesford brand. SALARY: 32,569 per annum. Experience working in the food industry. Proficiency in sustainable and organic food practices, including sourcing ingredients, reducing waste, and implementing eco-friendly processes. Exceptional customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and foster repeat business. Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle high customer volumes efficiently and maintain smooth operations.
