Residential Conveyancer
Northampton
An established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its growing Residential Property team in Northampton.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
* Advising clients on legal aspects of property transactions
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and other solicitors
* Undertaking searches with Local Authorities and the Land Registry
* Handling completion processes including transfer of funds
* Providing clear reporting and updates to clients throughout the transaction
About You
The firm is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented conveyancer with strong client relationship skills.
You may be a:
* Licensed Conveyancer
* Residential Property Solicitor
* Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
* Experienced Conveyancing Executive / Fee Earner
You will ideally have:
* Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing processes
* Experience handling transactions including mortgages, transfer of equity, buy-to-let, new build and leasehold properties
* Good understanding of property law and AML procedures
* Excellent communication and client service skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* A collaborative and professional approach
