IT Valley London is currently seeking a talented and motivated Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in understanding business objectives, analyzing processes, and translating business requirements into actionable solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, enhance systems, and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee general office operations, including facilities management and procurement of supplies and services.
· Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner.
· Maintain and update company records, filing systems, and internal databases.
· Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management and various departments.
· Assist with HR-related tasks, including onboarding of new employees and upkeep of personnel records.
· Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, events, and travel arrangements.
· Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure efficient and cost-effective office services.
· Monitor office inventory and place orders for necessary equipment or materials.
· Ensure office compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety regulations, and data protection protocols.
· Support in creating and managing documentation, reports, and internal communication.
Skills & Qualification Required:
· Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office management tools.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
· Knowledge of health & safety and data protection compliance is preferred.
· High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
· Proactive approach and ability to work independently.

Pay: £31,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
