This role will focus on creating, delivering and evaluating impactful community projects that advance the Mead2030 vision, improving education, wellbeing, family support, and reducing poverty and vulnerability across our communities. ________________________________________ ✅ What We’re Looking For We welcome applicants who can demonstrate: • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people • A professional, caring, and flexible approach • The ability to work collaboratively within a team • Experience leading the design, promotion, and delivery of impactful community programmes that engage young people, families, and local residents. • A collaborative approach to co-creating projects with schools, families, and partners, informed by community need and evidence-based practice. • Strong ability to monitor, analyse, and communicate engagement data to show impact and alignment with strategic goals. • Proven skills in managing project budgets and ensuring compliance with organisational policies and financial procedures. • A track record of building and sustaining effective partnerships with schools, agencies, and community organisations. • Confidence in recruiting, training, and motivating volunteers and interns while embedding organisational values. • A clear commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity, and confidentiality across all areas of work. • The ability to act as a positive ambassador, representing the organisation at meetings, networks, and community forums and contributing to programme development. ________________________________________ Why Join Us?
