Administrative Assistant We are looking for an experienced and confident administrator to join our dynamic and diverse team. Admin tasks will vary according to the changing needs within the company and you may be trained to assist in various departments within the company, allowing scope to grow and develop. Tasks will include but not be limited to: * Researching and typing quotations and sales tenders. * Scheduling engineers’ jobs * Client liaison, * Telephone and on-line queries. * Filing, organising others and yourself, * Researching of new business opportunities, * Ordering and maintaining stock and processing orders * Assisting project managers, sales staff and MD * Assisting admin team with completion of tasks * Assisting with any ad hoc company related admin tasks This is a position for a self-starter with excellent communication and computer skills. The successful Office Administration Assistant candidate should have the following - Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: * PC Literate and Numerate * Strong Attention to Detail * Minimum GSCE or equivalent * Excellent Communication Skills * Able to work confidently and collaboratively within the company * Ability to proactively manage multiple requests for support and work to deadlines * Confident working under pressure * Excellent customer service skills and appositive attitude The candidate will ideally have good knowledge of working with all Microsoft Office Systems
