Your Role: Purpose and Impact

As a Student Recruitment Advisor, you will be the welcoming first point of contact for prospective students from the UK and EU. Your mission? To qualify leads based on the entry criteria of our institutions and guide eligible prospects through the exciting admissions journey.

In this role, your strong communication and consultative sales skills will shine as you engage with prospective students, ensuring they receive a professional and positive experience that reflects GEDU’s high standards.


Key Responsibilities

* Qualify leads from digital marketing and outreach efforts based on institutional entry criteria.
* Engage and nurture prospective students through phone, email, WhatsApp, and virtual platforms, providing accurate information about GEDU’s programs.
* Maintain detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system for clear tracking and follow-up.
* Identify prospects’ academic and career goals to recommend the best programs from our portfolio.
* Manage the lead pipeline effectively to maximize conversion opportunities.
* Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing teams for smooth communication and handover of qualified leads.
* Provide feedback on lead quality and marketing campaign performance to enhance conversion rates.
* Participate in training sessions to strengthen your program knowledge and sales effectiveness.
* Showcase the unique features of GEDU programs, highlighting faculty expertise and experiential learning opportunities.
* Keep ongoing communication with prospective students to keep them engaged throughout the admissions process.
* Assist with special projects related to student recruitment and enrollment management.

* Sales Acumen: Identify student needs and recommend suitable programs using effective selling techniques.
* Communication Skills: Engage effectively with prospective students through various channels.
* Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
* Active Listening: Understand the needs of prospective students and respond with tailored solutions.
* Attention to Detail: Accurately assess lead eligibility based on program and visa requirements.
* Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage resources efficiently to meet recruitment goals.
* Goal Orientation: Set ambitious targets and work diligently to achieve them while focusing on student success.
* Resilience and Persistence: Stay motivated in the face of challenges and maintain a positive outlook.
* Course/Program Knowledge: Keep up-to-date with GBS programs, including course content and career outcomes.
* Collaboration: Work effectively across marketing, admissions, and operations teams.
* Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM) and MS tools.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Lead qualification accuracy and conversion rates.
* Response and follow-up turnaround times.
* CRM data quality and process adherence.
* Continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
* Effective pipeline management.
* Achievement of monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
