Responsibilities:
* Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates
* Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
* Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
* Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
* Managing complex negotiations
* Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
* Positively promote the 11 brand in the market
* Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.

* Demonstrated success in delivering against individual and team revenue targets
* You have successfully worked as a 360 recruiter in an agency and have proven success
