In this role, you will work alongside the Store Manager to maximize store performance, deliver exceptional customer experiences, boost sales, and guide team members in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, all while engaging with our fun products.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage the recruitment, selection, and induction of Sales Assistants and Supervisors.
2. Develop team performance through coaching and feedback to meet personal and team objectives.
3. Ensure team members provide genuine and unique customer experiences.
4. Maximize sales opportunities to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
5. Review and analyze sales data using store and brand reports.
6. Support the implementation and communication of brand promotions.
7. Execute visual merchandising in line with brand standards.
8. Assist in managing store budgets, rosters, and leave to optimize productivity.
9. Implement loss prevention strategies and participate in stocktakes.
