The Director, Marketing will lead a global team of marketing professionals responsible for demand generation across the High Performance Chromatography Solutions (HPCS) business of the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division (CMD). As a senior member of the business leadership team this role will work closely with the functional leaders within HPCS and the other businesses of CMD to define and implement the near and long-term marketing strategy for the HPLC consumables and instruments.
This role will be fully remote (work from home), based in a variety of locations in Europe. Regular international travel will be required (c.25% of working time), including overnight stays.
Implement the global go-to-market strategy in partnership with commercial and segment leaders to support growth initiatives
Leverage customer feedback and voice of sales to advise roadmaps, application development, and marketing strategies
Campaign Development : Deploy over-arching marketing campaigns to position workflow solutions to target customer segments to accelerate product adoption
Product Launch Execution : Collaborate with vertical marketing and product management to develop and implement high impact launch plans for new products and workflow solutions

Digital Marketing : Leverage digital solutions (e.g. SEM/SEO, social, agentic AI) to accelerate run-rate growth
Commercial Enablement : Partner with regional marketing and commercial operations to support channel activation, bolster product proficiency, and increase commercial engagement
Build and lead a successful global marketing and applications team, encouraging professional development and continuous learning
Bachelor’s degree in science or business; advanced degree preferred
10+ years marketing experience in the scientific industry with 5+ years of leading marketing teams
~ Proven success in marketing strategy, digital marketing, and market development, ideally combining consumables and instruments
~ Develop and deploy strategy to drive both near and long-term business growth
~ Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally
